One of the scofflaws was beating a cafe guest while the second took away phones from the victim.
Two Africans staged a fight in a cafe in eastern Moscow with one of the visitors, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city reports.
The department specified that the initiators were two foreigners aged 25 and 32. One of them began to beat the man while the other pulled out his phones.
Both Africans were detained shortly after the incident and arrested. A criminal case has been instituted against the immigrants from Africa under the article Robbery.
