Siluanov and deputy minister of defense own property on Rublevka cost of wich several times higher than their official revenues
The officials build private residences on neighboring areas; for all the years of civil service, Shoigu's subordinate could only save for a ninth of the acquired land.
On Rublevka, on two neighboring land plots with an area of 1.14 and about 1.5 hectares, mansions are built by the deputy head of the Ministry of Defense, the curator of the Yunarmiya movement, Ruslan Tsalikov, and Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov. Both will have to spend on construction more than they have earned according to official incomes, according to Alexey Navalny’s video published by the Anti-Corruption Fund.
According to the Fund’s estimates, for 10 years of state service, Tsalikov earned, as his income declarations indicate, about 74 million rubles ($ 1,16 million), which makes only ninth of the value of the land plot on which the house of 1.9 thousand square meters is built. According to Navalny, Siluanov would have to save for 30 years to his future three-story house and the land under it. Behind the house there is a foundation, which is twice the size of the main building.
