The second criminal case has been initiated against Chuvashia Deputy Prime Minister, Vladimir Avrelkin, media report referring to a source in law enforcement bodies.
According to the information, a criminal case under par 5 of Art. 33, part 4 of Art. 159 of the Russian Criminal Code (Complicity in Swindling) has been initiated against him.
The investigation is studying the case materials on the grounds of illegal actions under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
