Rostov region: Penitentiary Service Local Department Deputy Head caught taking multimillion bribe
Deputy Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service Main Rostov Region Department, Colonel Sergey Ralnikov has been arrested on suspicion of taking a multimillion bribe.
The public official was caught red-handed when taking a bribe. The amount of the bribe was not reported.
Sergey Ralnikov was arrested when taking a big bribe in his office on May 11. The court sent him to a pre-trial detention facility the same day.
Ralnikov will face up to 10 years in prison if his guilt is proven.
