Records of conversations with Sechin adduced at Ulyukaev's trial
Prosecutors believe the record proves the fact of the bribe transfer.

It is noted that the negotiations on the recording could hardly be heard, except for Sechin's farewell phrase: "Thank you very much. See you". After that, a BMW car left the box, from which two men came out and took the ex-Minister away.
On the second video Sechin is in front of the garage box. There is a bag between 50 and 70 centimeters long next to him under the tree. A BMW drives up to the garage, after which Ulyukaev appears on camera, who takes the bag and brings it into the box.
A record of the conversation between Sechin and Ulyukaev about the "jacket" and "execution of the commission" was also demonstrated to the participants of the hearing.

The defense presented an alternative examination of ANO SODEKS, according to which the word 'Goa', the prosecution allegedly thought up, the charges, is not mentioned in the conversation. The indictment says that Ulyukaev demanded a $2 million bribe from Sechin exactly in this Indian state.
The defense was also displeased with the interpretation of Sechin's phrase "collected volume". According to the prosecution, this refers to the necessary amount of bribe. The defense, however, suggests that this is not so.
