Ramenskoye district Deputy Head detained on suspicion of swindling
According to investigators, Ruslan Shahshaev with the director of public services and amenities company stole budget money.
The Deputy Head of the Ramenskoye district Administration in the Moscow region Ruslan Shahshaev supervising sphere of housing and utilities was arrested on his workplace by the officers of the MIA economic security and anti-corruption Department. As reported by the Interior Ministry, the criminals stole about 10 million rubles allocated for the landscaping, concluding fictitious contracts. At the same time, the necessary work has been carried out by another organization. A criminal case under article Swindling (Art. 159 of the Criminal Code) was opened.
During the investigation the police conducted more than 20 raids at homes and offices, during which it seized about 3 million rubles, more than 20 seals of controlled by them companies. In addition, the count of 4.5 million rubles theft intended for the performance of municipal contracts was revealed.
With regard to Shahshaev a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen. His accomplice was placed under house arrest.
Note that Ruslan Shahshaev is the son of the district Deputy, the Chief of MUE Ramenskoye Production and Technical Association Yunus Shahshaev.
The fan was banned from attending the national team matches abroad for five years after he performed an anti-Semitic song in a Volgograd bar. Two more Englishmen will be brought to trial for a similar violation.
