Police major detained for extorting from OCG members is MIA general’s nephew

Major of the Operative Unit No. 6 in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Kirill Dvoretskov, is the nephew of General Boris Pishchulin, who used to head the police of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.

Major of the Operative Unit No. 6 in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, Kirill Dvoretskov, who has been detained for extorting money from OCG members, is the nephew of a MIA general, Mash reports. 

According to the channel, Dvoretskov is the nephew of Boris Pishchulin, who used to head the police of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. 

The major, as well as two of his colleagues were detained on April 23 on suspicion of Swindling and Extortion. It is reported that they helped criminal underworld representatives “solve issues” and avoid liability in exchange for a reward.
