Pension Fund to be replenished with corrupt officials’ money
According to the Federal Treasury, the estimated amount of funds in the years 2019-2024 will be 1.8 billion rubles ($25.8m).
A law entered into force in 2019, according to which the money confiscated as a result of the disclosure of corruption crimes will be added to the Pension Fund of Russia.
The law envisages both seizing money from bribe takers and selling their property.
