Entrepreneur Glyadelkin accused employees of the federal service of extorting large sums of money.
FSB officers, whom businessman Sergey Glyadelkin accused of embezzling 490 million rubles ($7.6 mln), transferred the money to an offshore Darth Vader Enterprise, the information portal RBC reports citing the SPARK system.
Employees of the Federal Security Service Dmitry Frolov and Andrey Vasilyev were arrested on suspicion of particularly large-scale embezzlement.
According to investigators, in 2011 they forced the businessman to transfer them a significant stake in the company Yurpromconsulting. Its cost is estimated at 490 million rubles. In exchange, the FSB officers promised him to end the criminal case allegedly initiated against him.
In 2011, Frolov worked as deputy head of the “K” department of the FSB Economic Security Service, and Vasilyev worked as an employee of the central office of the service.
On the eve of these events, the share of the associated with Glyadelkin EcoStock company in Yurpromconsulting was transferred to M-Holding by Yevgeny Martynov. Two years later, he translated it into the Cyprus offshore Darth Vader Enterprises Limited.
Darth Vader in 2015 took over 100% of the shares of Yurpromconsulting, and in 2016 the company was liquidated, respectively, Martynov became the sole beneficiary.
It is also known that at the moment of detention Frolov was an employee of the Istsib holding. According to investigators, Martynov also ruled over the company.
