Navalny faces administrative arrest, again

The court reminded the oppositionist of the obligation to remove information discrediting businessmen Usmanov and Mikhailov.

The Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the city of Moscow summoned Alexey Navalny to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense. The bailiff appointed a meeting at noon on December 14. The reason for the call was the film “He Is Not Your Dimon” and the article about Vladimir Putin’s present to businessman Sergey Mikhailov, who was named the leader of the Solntsevskaya organized criminal group, Navalny reports.

Earlier, the court acknowledged that the film “He Is Not Your Dimon” contains information that tarnishes the honor of businessman Alisher Usmanov and Sotsgosproekt, and ordered Navalny to remove it. However, the oppositionist refused to execute the decision of the court. In the film, the Anti-Corruption Foundation claims that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev received a bribe from Usmanov in the form of a transfer of a 5-billion-ruble estate at Rublyovka to the Sotsgosproekt Foundation.

The FBK material about Mikhailov says that the President of the Russian Federation presented the entrepreneur with premium watches “for holding charity events in honor of the 69th anniversary of the Great Victory”. Putin’s press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, rejected this statement.
