Mystery of poisoned office of Leningrad Region ex-Prosecutor: versions by CrimeRussia
It has been about 3 months since from the moment of scandalous arrest of Stanislav Ivanov − the prosecutor of the Leningrad Region, and though the bribe issue is already more or less clear, the prospects of this criminal case are still very foggy because of the state of health of the person under investigation. Also circumstances of the poisoning of the high-ranking public prosecutor's worker which has allegedly taken place were not less mysterious.
It is a known fact that searches in Stanislav Ivanov's office on Lesnoy avenue allowed to find the documents confirming the bribery facts. Before the room was visited by specialists of Rospotrebnadzor who did sampling regarding existence of traces of poison or even radiation there. Media have reported that the staff of Rospotrebnadzor used special equipment for the manipulations. It is also known that they were called by first deputy prosecutor Magomed Dibirov, and all manipulations took place under the guise of planned inspection. As the CrimeRussia discovered, such formulation was announced not to frighten other employees of the supervising department. At the time of inspection of the office, one of the versions of sharp deterioration in health of Stanislav Ivanov was poisoning with radiation. Cautiousness of the first deputy can be understood: in case of detection of traces of radiation, they would have to evacuate all employees from the building and hold other, more serious events for disinfecting of the building. And this scandal would have been worse than a banal bribe.
Former prosecutor of the Leningrad Region Stanislav Ivanov
Thus, on October 20 at 11 o'clock the staff of Rospotrebnadzor visited prosecutor's office of the Leningrad Region, took the necessary samples and left. And Stanislav Ivanov at this time underwent emergency inspection in adult department of clinic Scientific Research Institute of children's oncology, hematology and transplantology n.a. R. M. Gorbachev. Actually, as information which appeared in media said, suspicions of doctors about Ivanov's radiation and following sharp deterioration in a condition of blood, caused the above-stated actions of his deputy. It should be noted that inspection of the office regarding availability of radiation was authorized by Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika informed by Magomed Dibirov.
But after that neither the prosecutor's office of the Leningrad Region, nor investigating bodies were mentioning subject of poisoning or radiation. On court sessions regarding appointment of a measure of restraint to the ex-prosecutor, only the lawyer of person under investigation mentioned possible poisoning, what actually belongs to his direct duties. However, neither the diagnosis, nor results of inspection of an ill-fated office were announced. It is only known that earlier the prosecutor did not have diseases of blood.
To recall, at the beginning of November, 2016, criminal case upon receipt of bribes at the amount of minimum 20 million rubles was initiated against Stanislav Ivanov. According to pretrial investigation, in two last years, being prosecutor of the Leningrad Region Ivanov monthly got bribes in the form of a money at the rate from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles from one of entrepreneurs for general protection and connivance on service.
Big house, fake and performance
Since then, as we know, three months have passed, however a secret of poisoning of a public prosecutor's office remained a secret behind seven seals, and none of the department expressed the opinion of this subject. Still, according to sources of the CrimeRussia, there are three versions of the incident today.
Version first. Performance.
Some sources incline that the story with poisoning was slyness with the purpose to win time, and that Stanislav Ivanov had problems with health for long before the bribery fact was suddenly revealed. There must have been a reason why he was earlier asking the administration about departure abroad. His defender claims that the prosecutor wanted to go abroad not to escape, but to be treated. There is a probability that rumor about poisoning of the office could appear to frighten off the investigation for some time and to prevent unwanted searches.
Version second. Big house.
According to the second version, the checking organizations after all found a certain toxic agent in the room of the prosecutor of the Leningrad Region. However, in the interests of the investigation, and also not to provoke panic among the public, all results were withdrawn by the staff of the Federal Security Service and now are considered the confidential information. The fact that there is no information on this check and moreover about its results on the website of Rospotrebnadzor speaks in favor of this version. Besides, the Prosecutor General's Office does not comment on a course of investigation of Stanislav Ivanov’s case in any way. The investigation also accurately rumpled this subject.
Version third. Fake.
However, the majority of sources incline to a thought that all story with poisoning of the prosecutor Ivanov is fabricated. There are no results on the website of Rospotrebnadzor only because they can not be there. And in other words, the prospectus specialists have not found anything in the office on Lesnoy. Neither radiation, nor poison. Therefore, the investigation tells nothing since there is nothing to tell on the matter.
Whether the story with poisoning of the prosecutor will have a continuation and whether the reason of his mysterious disease will become known. Now it is difficult to tell.
There is everything in the Leningrad Region
Since February third in prosecutor's office of the Leningrad Region the new prosecutor appeared. The fact that Moscow will appoint Boris Markov, already familiar to St. Petersburg, to this position was known last year. After grandiose scandal with Ivanov his candidacy was approved very quickly and on November 25 Markov was already confirmed to the new post. And prosecutor's office of the Leningrad Region, according to our data, exhaled with relief. After all the new prosecutor not absolutely alien, and worked on the St. Petersburg land.
Boris Markov was born in 1963 in the city of Yessentuki of the Stavropol Region, graduated from the Kuban State University. From 1986 to 1993 worked in bodies of prosecutor's office and court of the Krasnodar Region. From 1994 to 2002 worked in the Yeysk interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Region, began with a position of the senior investigating officer, served to the prosecutor. In the 2002nd became the first deputy prosecutor of the Republic of Kalmykia. From 2002 to 2004 performed functions of the deputy head of department of the Prosecutor General's Office on investigation of crimes in the sphere of federal safety and the international relations in the North Caucasus, and then the head of department of supervision of investigation of crimes. Held a position of the prosecutor of Petrodvorets district of St. Petersburg in the 2004th. From 2004 to 2005 he was the first deputy head of Department of court ushers of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. From 2005 to 2006 was the head of Head department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across Central Federal District. In 2006 — the chief of the department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation across the CFD. Since 2009 held a position of the deputy prosecutor of Moscow.
It is necessary to tell that the new prosecutor looks very representatively and began his service with a positive note. His address in which he reports to public that from now on the website will not only become a loud-hailer of the law and law and order, but also will inform in the accelerated mode on the most resonant civil and criminal cases and will invite citizens to report about problems which require public prosecutor's intervention through an Internet-reception, was posted on the website of prosecutor's office.

Besides, meanwhile, according to sources of the CrimeRussia, no grandiose staff movements in prosecutor's office of the Leningrad Region should be expected. Magomed Dibirov and Vladimir Erofeyev still remain the prosecutor's deputies, a large number of candidates “to be fired” from among prosecutors of areas also is not expected yet. Perhaps, everything is still ahead, because the prosecutor of the Leningrad Region Boris Markov looks narrowly.
