Moscow Region policeman suspected in taking bribe

The police officer in Mytishchi is detained on suspicion of taking a bribe, press service of regional government of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reports.
According to preliminary data, the police officer working in the third OP Inter-municipal Administration of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Mytishchi received 20 thousand rubles from one of violators. In exchange the man avoided administrative prosecution.
Department noted that the police officer will be dismissed from law-enforcement bodies ‘for negative motives’, and will bring his heads to disciplinary responsibility if his guilt is proved.

Following a request from the West-Baikal Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, the Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk has suspended the construction of a water bottling plant in Kultuk township, Slyudyanka district, pending the rectification of defects identified in the course of the inspection.
