Moscow Investigative Committee Head summoned to court
Earlier, his direct subordinate Denis Nikandrov testified and told about giving a bribe of 10 thousand dollars for solving personnel issues.
Head of the Moscow Investigative Committee Department (ICR MID) Alexander Drymanov received a summons to the court for interrogation as a witness in the case of Mikhail Maksimenko, the former Head of the ICR Bureau of Internal Affairs. This is reported by TASS with reference to a source familiar with the situation. At the same time, the date of the hearing with the participation of Drymanov is not specified.
Last week, representative of the Prosecutor General's Office Boris Loktionov mentioned the name of Acting Head of the ICR MID for Moscow Alexander Drymanov during a hearing over $500.000-worth bribery, which Maksimenko received for mitigating charges to ally of thief in law Shakro Molodoy named Italyanets. Earlier, former Deputy Head of the ICR MID in Moscow Denis Nikandrov testified that he had given a bribe of 10 thousand euros to his immediate superior Drymanov for assistance in appointing him the First Deputy, as well as for general patronage in the service.
Drymanov attributed the words of his former subordinate to "moral and physical fatigue." He said that he could not come to court at his own - he must be called by some of the parties.
In the 2000s, Western Europe had welcomed refugees from Chechnya. In 2018, it has finally realized the criminal potential of dozens of thousands of mountain dwellers who had left their native land because of reprisals and economic disorder. Many of those who had fought against the Russian army in the first and second Chechen wars and their grown-up children skilled in weapons and practicing martial arts have united into street gangs. The CrimeRussia was figuring out why the Germans and Austrians don’t feel themselves comfortable in their countries anymore.
