MIA Economic Crime Department and ICR search Tolyatti city hall
Law enforcers seized documents as part of the investigation into the criminal case of embezzlement of budget funds allocated for residential house construction.
In the morning of August 3, officers of the MIA Main Directorate Economic Crime Department in the Samara region and ICR investigators conducted a search in the Tolyatti city hall. According to the ICR Investigations Directorate in the Samara region, The visit of policemen was due to the criminal case initiated under Swindling. Documents necessary for the investigation were withdrawn during the searches.
As reported by AiF-Samara, the police is clarifying the circumstances, under which the budgetary money, allocated for the construction of an economy class residential house in Tolyatti, was stolen by fraud and abuse.
