In Moscow Interior Ministry investigator goes on trial for swindling
The criminal case against the investigator of the MIA Department in the district Strogino Timur Gilyazhetdinov accused of attempted swindling sent to the Khoroshevsky Moscow court for consideration on the merits.
The press service of the Interior Ministry in Moscow reported that the investigator decided to extract a personal benefit from the store theft's case.
In the case there were two suspect, two young men - a guy and a girl. Gilyazhetdinov suggested the girl's mother to pay him 260 thousand rubles, after which he will save young people from criminal prosecution.
However, the investigator was arrested red-handed.
The United States is considering two lawsuits against the "Russian mafia" at the same time; one is the criminal syndicate of the thief in law Razhden Shulaya and the other one is a Brighton Beach gang with an exaggerated name Vory v zakone ("Thieves in law"), although there are no actual thieves in law among the members. Reports from the court hearings tell us something about the relationship between the immigrant gangsters.
