FSB transfers Head of Derbent district to Moscow after searches

The Head of the Derbent district, Magomed Dzhelilov, was taken to Moscow after interrogation and searches in his house and the administration. According to Chernovik, Dzhelilov was suspected of committing economic crimes.
In March 2018, Dzhelilov was detained on suspicion of abuse of office and was removed from office. The Head of the region achieved the cancellation of the decision to initiate a criminal case.
