Former deputies of Chita Mayor received terms for bribery
Officials demanded from one of local builders office in exchange for documents on commissioning of the facility.
The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Chita pronounced a sentence to two former deputy mayors of Chita - Anatoly Kulikov and Lyubov Kleynos, who passed under the case of a bribe.
Kulikov is sentenced to five years of maximum security penal colony and a fine of 2.5 million rubles ($42.450). Kleynos received three years and 10 months conditionally and a fine of 1.6 million rubles ($27.400). It is establised by court that the former deputies demanded from the builder of shopping center Panorama in exchange for documents on input of operation office room in the building worth 4 million rubles.
Head of the Transbaikal federation of judo entrepreneur Mikhail Mikhaylov also became the defendant in the case. He is incriminated mediation in transfer of a bribe. He is sentenced to a penalty in the amount of 3 million rubles.
During legal procedure Kulikov and Mikhaylov did not admit their guilt, Kleynos partially agreed with the accusations imputed to her and assisted the investigation.
The investigation and court established that Arhur Dzhioyev (Synok), extradited from Greece, not only conveyed orders for killings to killers, but also participated in them himself. Only a part of the incriminated episodes was included in the case considered.
