Criminal case initiated against Head of FSUE HMO Brateevo for 50 million rubles illegal bonus
Head of the capital's Unitary Enterprise Housing Maintenance Office of Brateevo (FSUE HMO) Vyacheslav Mishchenko became a defendant in a criminal case for illegal payment of bonuses to his subordinates.
As reported by the General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia, the criminal case is initiated against him on the results of the Nagatinsky interdistrict Prosecutor's examination.
According to the materials of the case, the director of the Brateevo FSUE HMO, disposing of the funds, illegally wrote out orders on the financial promotion to the company's employees.
According to the Prosecutor's Office data, abuse of authority related to the period from January 31, 2014 to April 30, 2015.
The amount of damage is about 50 million rubles, it is reported in a statement of the Moscow Public Prosecutor. The case against Mishchenko is initiated under part 1 of Art. 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation envisaging punishment for abuse of authority.
First, 19-year-old Artur Gadzhiev tried to set fire to the Severny shopping center, then he began to attack the visitors with an ax and a knife, and later, after running outside, he stabbed random people in the street. Four out of the seven wounded are severely injured.
