Court arrested Nikita Belykh's property
Besides car Nissan Patrol the lawyer does not have any information about other property of the former Governor of Kirov Region.
Moscow's Basmanny Court has imposed a security arrest on the property of Belykh. It is known that it is referred to a land plot. As told to TASS the court press secretary Unona Tsareva, about the extent the investigator requested.
At the same time, the defense of the former Governor does not know about this. According to Belykh's lawyer Vadim Prokhorov, he does not receive an official notification of the arrest. Moreover, the lawyer does not have any information about other property of the former Governor of Kirov Region besides car Nissan Patrol.
Recall that Nikita Belykh was detained on June 24 at a restaurant in the center of Moscow. The Investigative Committee suspected him of accepting bribes totaling 400 thousand euros. With respect to him the criminal case under article Bribe-Taking in an especially large scale (part 6, Art. 290 of the Criminal Code).
According to the investigation, for the money Belykh was allegedly to provide protection to the briber's controlled JSCo Novovyatskiy Ski Factory and LLC Forest management company. Belykh does not plead guilty.
July 28 the Russian President Vladimir Putin resigned Belykh in connection with the loss of confidence. As an acting Governor of Kirov region was appointed Igor Vasiliev, who has before headed the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.
