He issued the bonuses in his name, as well as in the name of several subordinates.
Chief Physician of the City Hospital No.1 in the Republic of Dagestan came under investigation after it turned out he had been issuing bonuses to himself and several employees for a long time. The total amount of bonus payments was 238 million rubles ($3.5 million).
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, after receiving the bonus, Deputy Chief Physician required the staff to give back most of the money at Chief Physician’s instruction.
