Chief Architect of Voronezh became defendant in case of 500 thousand rubles bribe
According to investigators, a senior official received money from a local businessmen in return for the provision of land for a construction in the city center.
With regard to Chief Architect of the Voronezh Administration Anton Shevelev a criminal case is initiated for bribe-taking on an especially large scale, the press service of the regional ICR reported.
According to investigators, Shevelev has received several tranches from local entrepreneurs "for actions in the interest of business” from the beginning of 2016 till January 2017. The total amount, according to preliminary estimates, amounted to 500 thousand rubles.
Employees of the ICR and the regional department of the FSB raided the place of residence and employment of the suspect.
