St. Petersburg police uncovered a contract killing after 13 years when the customer decided to get rid of one more person involved. The police officer pulled a face of a killer and delivered the victim to the criminal, after which the arrest took place. The arrest took place on Wednesday, October 17, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Leningrad region reported the details at a briefing the next day.
The native of Bobruisk, Alexander Tyutin, decided to take possession of a 50% stake of business partner Dmitry Zeynalov. Both owned the construction company Trinity House-2. In 2005, Zeynalov left the company, after which murderer Alexander Zotov killed the businessman and his family so that the shares would not be inherited. Subsequently, the killer was detained in the Stavropol region.
In 2018, Tyutin looked for a killer to eliminate a resident of St. Petersburg, the heiress of the property, which the businessman claimed. The operatives found the woman in Primorsky Krai, the meeting with the customer took place in the Vsevolzhsky district, where Tyutin revealed himself.
Oleg Zaytsev had wide connections within the criminal world and law enforcement agencies. This is being related to an organized crime group headed by Ruslan Kilievich that had allegedly been patronized by a former Federal Security Service Directorate officer Oleg Natalchenko. The crime group had also been a core driver for almost disbanding the criminal investigation department of the police.
