Deputy Head of Federal Penitentiary Service arrested under case of assassination attempt
Sergey Moyseenko is suspected of contract murder of the employee of Administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
The Vsevolzhsky City Court of the Leningrad region according to the petition of the investigation decided to arrest Deputy head of the Administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service on St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region Sergey Moyseenko for two months. He is suspected of attempted homicide of one of the staff of the Administration, TASS reports.
The day before it was reported about detention of the principal offender who shot at the employee of FPS at least six times, however the last survived and was hospitalized with wounds of a stomach, neck and hands.
As the CrimeRussia reported, Head of department of technical supervision and operation of construction objects of regional AFPS Lieutenant Colonel Nikolay Chernov, who, in particular, controlled a construction of the pre-trial detention center Kresty-2 near St. Petersburg fell a victim of attack.
The Investigative Committee has not commented on the case yet. It is known only that the expected customer of attempt Sergey Moyseenko - is responsible for all construction control unit.
